I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I specifically asked for a certain nail shape and gel extensions, but they ignored my request and applied plastic tips instead. The shape was not what I asked for, and the overall quality of the work was unacceptable. To make matters worse, one nail broke the very next day, and another broke just three days later. Nails should not be breaking after only a few days, especially when they are done professionally. Although they repaired the first broken nail free of charge, the way I was treated during the visit was disappointing. The staff gave me unfriendly looks and made me feel as though I was causing a problem, even though the poor workmanship was not my fault. I even offered to pay for the repair out of courtesy, but the situation should never have happened in the first place. I paid expecting professional service and durable results, but I received neither. Between ignoring my request, the poor quality of the nails, and the lack of professionalism when I returned, I cannot recommend this salon.
